Since you're using WP 2.3.x I recommend to leave everything automatic. Just use tags and they will be used at keywords. Only tweak description and title on a by-post basis where it seems necessary. While nearly every version of all in in one is stable and has its features I do recommend upgrading right now to the latest and then from time to time. I also recommend setting up prettier permalinks. Have fun :)
