First Post - 12/28/2007
Welcome to startatnothing.com! My name is Mike, and I’ll be teaming up with my good friend Kevin to try and make this site some sort of a success. This is our first post, and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce our site, and give you an idea of what to expect from us in the future.
What’s the big idea?
This site started with an idea that came up in a conversation that I had with Kevin a few weeks ago. I told him that I had been reading blogs during some free time that I had, and a lot of the blogs I read were about blogging for money. These sites made it seem pretty easy, and we decided to try the advice given by these blogs and sort of test their claims. After trying things that these sites suggest, we’re going to let everyone know our results, as detailed as possible, so that other people like us might have an easier time being successful.
What we’re trying to accomplish…
Kevin and I are doing this with no experience and no money (Hence the name of the site). But our main goal is to learn as much as we can about the whole experience on the “Internets,” and to help people be successful by learning from our mistakes.
Please check out our About page to find out a little bit more about us and our idea. I’m sure we’ll be adding to our “About” page, because right now it’s not very extensive. But, check back frequently for updates, and don’t hesitate to let us know anything that might help us because we definitely need it. We’ll be adding a “Contact Us” link, as soon as we figure out how to do it.
